My mum was my ultimate style icon.
She taught me that style wasn't about trends, labels or having the most clothes. It was about confidence, self-respect and showing up as the best version of yourself.
When I lost her, it changed my perspective on life. I realised how often we put things off — wearing the outfit we love, investing in ourselves, or waiting until we feel "good enough" before stepping into the life we want.
The birth of AM Style Studio
That experience, combined with my own personal transformation journey, inspired me to create AM Style Studio.
Today, as The Shop Smarter Stylist, I help women stop wasting money on clothes they don't wear and start building wardrobes that truly work for their lives.
Through body shape analysis, wardrobe editing and personal shopping, I help women make smarter style choices, wear more of what they own and feel confident every day.

Hi Ashling I have been meaning to message you having read your book. Firstly, I love how it is acutally written - the grammar and the text and the acutal font size etc makes it so user friendly and relatable.
The book has given me a lot of clarity about what suits me and also about what's in my wardrobe. Recently I went on a hotel break with my sister and I couldn't believe how I actually felt less stressed about getting outfits together to bring with me, that was a real surprise.
